Join us for a Sweat & Sculpt Event held August 29 - located at the Friends Select School 1651 Benjamin Franklin Pkwy PHL.
Class begins at 9am, but arrive promptly at 8:30 to get started! This is a low impact mat pilates class for all levels. PLEASE BRING YOUR OWN YOGA MATS
The event ticket comes with a chocolate brown active set, so please select your exact top & bottom sizes AND be sure to put the correct shipping address as your set will be shipped to you in advance! Jacklyn is wearing size small for reference. Included with this ticket: B12 Shots from Body & Beauty Lab, a smoothie bar from Juice Pod, Facials from HeyDay, Cold Plunges from Sweathouz, As well as refreshments & more from 1st Phorm, TruFru, Shore Bagels + more surprises to come! Pre & Post class we have local women owned vendors to shop.

With a fitness studio in Sea Isle City, NJ and host of Sweat & Sculpt by Jac, my mission has revolved around making women feel beautiful on the inside and out. No matter where you're at, my pop-up events and classes are open to all skill levels and designed to get you moving.
