Tickets, Sales & Returns

Sweat & Sculpt Ticket and Events:
All active sets are customized for each event, bringing you a unique experience at every Sweat & Sculpt event. Due to the customized nature of these events, all sales are final. We are unable to accept any returns or exchanges for merchandise and all ticket sales are final and non-refundable. Cancellations, late-arrivals, and no-shows are non-refundable.

Bikinis & Swimwear:
All bikinis, tops, bottoms, and swimwear items are final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded once purchased, due to health and sanitary reasons. 

Custom & Personalized Items:
Made-to-order items, including Custom Necklaces, are final sale and cannot be cancelled, returned, or exchanged once purchased due to the custom nature of these items.

Fitness Plans:
Our workout plans are available instantly for download after checkout. Due to this, all fitness plan purchases are final sale and non-refundable. If you are unable to access the downloadable plans for any reason, just message @jacklyn.fit on Instagram and the team would be happy to make sure you get access to your purchased plans!

All other merchandise:
All orders are final sale. We are unable to offer any returns, exchanges, cancellations, or refunds for orders.
